BentoFlow

Privacy Policy

Effective: 20 September 2026

This policy explains how BentoFlow processes personal information when issuing and validating software licences. The data controller is Pablo Rubio Aparicio, Spain.

Information we process

BentoFlow processes the licence key you enter, a device identifier generated for licence binding, activation status and activation timestamps. When a licence is issued, we also retain the Second Life username and purchase transaction ID supplied for purchase verification. Our server may record standard technical data, including IP address, request time and error information, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use the information

We use this information only to issue, activate, validate, restore and revoke BentoFlow licences; prevent unauthorised licence sharing and fraud; provide customer support; and maintain the security and reliability of the activation service.

Animation files stay on your computer

FBX, BVH, animation and exported files opened or created with BentoFlow are processed locally on your computer. BentoFlow does not upload those files to KUYONO or to the BentoFlow licence service. BentoFlow does not include advertising or behavioural analytics.

Legal basis and sharing

We process licence and purchase information to provide the licensed software and support requested by the customer. We process limited technical records to protect the service from abuse and keep it reliable. Information is not sold. It is disclosed only to infrastructure providers acting on our behalf when required to operate the service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Storage, security and retention

Activation traffic uses HTTPS. Access to licence administration is restricted. Licence and purchase records are retained while the licence remains active and afterwards only as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Technical server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Revoking a licence does not automatically erase records needed to prevent reuse or document the transaction.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Contact

For privacy requests or questions, email kuyono.no.reply@gmail.com. Please do not send animation files unless support specifically requests them.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when BentoFlow or its licence service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
